Terms of Service

1. Who we are

follow.show (the “Service”) is operated by TrzaskIT Patryk Trzaska, ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 38a lok. 12, 05-091 Ząbki, Poland, NIP 1251813020, REGON 545327816 (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What the Service does

The Service connects to your own X account, reads the public profiles of the accounts that follow you and that you follow, classifies those profiles into roles, industries and topics using an automated model, and presents the result as aggregate statistics and filterable lists. Classifications are probabilistic estimates, not facts about a person.

The Service is read-only. It never posts, follows, unfollows, likes or sends messages on your behalf, and it only analyzes accounts you have authenticated yourself.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and allowed to use X under X’s own terms.
• You sign in with your X account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything done through your follow.show account.
• You may analyze only X accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to manage.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to harass, profile for discriminatory purposes, or target individuals;
• scrape, resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service in bulk;
• attempt to access other users’ data, circumvent plan limits, or interfere with the Service’s operation;
• use the Service in a way that violates X’s Terms of Service or Developer Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

5. Plans, payment and cancellation

The Free plan is available at no cost with the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans (Starter at $19/month and Pro at $59/month, prices in USD, excluding VAT where applicable) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Stripe processes your payment details; we never see your full card number.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Plan limits (profiles per analysis, refresh frequency, analyses per month) are described on the pricing page and may be adjusted with notice.
• If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a paid subscription. By starting a paid plan you ask us to begin providing the service immediately; if you withdraw within 14 days we refund the price minus the value of what was already provided. Write to us to withdraw.
• Prices may change for future billing periods; we will notify you in advance.

6. Data and content

You keep all rights to your account data. You grant us the permission needed to fetch, store and process it to provide the Service. Public profile data of third-party X accounts (name, handle, bio, website, location, follower counts) is processed under our legitimate interest as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can delete individual analyses, disconnect X, or delete your entire account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent.

Public share cards contain only aggregate percentages and counts you chose to publish, never lists of people. You can revoke a share link at any time.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on X (for profile and follow data), a classification model provider, Stripe (payments), Cloudflare and OVH (infrastructure). Their availability and terms are outside our control. In particular, X may change, limit or price its API in ways that affect what the Service can do. follow.show is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that any classification is correct. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue paid features you will be refunded for the unused part of the current period.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions you make based on the analysis. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, taxonomy and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use the reports and share cards generated for your account for any purpose, including commercial, with attribution to follow.show welcome but not required.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, legal reasons, or if the Service is discontinued, with a refund of any prepaid unused period unless termination is due to your breach.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Consumers in the EU also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live. Disputes are resolved by the competent Polish courts; consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by e-mail at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, cancel and delete your account before they apply.
